Holy Cacao: BASE
We believe cacao ceremonies shouldn’t be limited to just only when we gather.
Bring the sacred back into your lives with this recipe we created to align with the frequencies of the base chakra for you.
*There will be a different one each circle to suit the theme
For 2 cups:
500 ml activated nut mylk of your choice (I use Almond)
2 tbs good quality organic Cacao powder (if you can source ceremonial grade, even better)
1 tsp Cardamom
2 tsp Cinnamon
½ tsp Cayenne (adjust to spice tolerance)
2 tbs Maple Syrup, coconut sugar or sweetener of choice (adjust to suit).
Stir all ingredients into Mylk on stove top until dissolved.
Add ½ - 1 tbs of coconut oil or MCT oil.
For an extra treat, pour warm mixture into your blender or nutribullet and whiz until frothy.
Serve warm topped with cacao nibs.
