A few of you goddesses have asked for the Cacao recipe, so here’s how Arjanna “does it at home” with all the bangs and whistles, organic ingredients of course.
For 2 cups,
1.5 heaped tbsp cacao powder
5 20c sized nuggets of 100% blessed, South American cacao (Reach out to Arjanna if you’d like to buy some).
400-500mls of activated nut mylk.
1 tsp Cinnamon/ Cardamon/Nutmeg/ Ginger powder (choose a max of 2 together per brew)
To your tastebuds Cayenne pepper
To your requirements Medicinal Mushrooms (reishi, lion’s mane, chaga and
2 tbsp sweetener of choice (we love Maple syrup, honey or coconut sugar)
Heat the mylk with cacao pieces and powder, the ones I use melt quite well. Add the rest of the ingredients as you stir to very hot, but never to bubble and boil.
Add MCT oil and mushrooms when off the stove.
